Here are some empiric questions for Jo:

1. Jo, how long have you been into journalism and/or broadcasting and how did you get into the business? Were reasons for going into communication for personal enrichment or was it always about helping others?  

2. Did you go into broadcasting with a specific objective in mind, in that you knew what you wanted to accomplish or did your objectives for the show develop over time? How did the show get its name? What radio or internet shows do you tune in to see what's going on in the world? Do you have any mentors in the media?  

3. Jo I came to know your show through a common conscious community called Gaia.com formerly known as Zaadz. Your blogs were thoughtful and reflected your personal ideas and some substance from your interviews with quite notable personalities. Please share how your choice in guests you interview reflect what you want to accomplish in sharing information with others? Can you take a moment and share some of those guests?  

4. How have you come to know that your show makes a difference in the life and perspective of your listeners?  

5. You are definitely a spiritual person, always evolving. How do you feel your show reflects that? Do you have any specific or general ideas and/or plans in changing the show to do more or you comfortable with its present format and want to focus on doing more of the same great work you do now?  

6. What would you like to see more of in today's radio and internet broadcasting -- especially for young people? Do you have the time just now in your busy life to mentor through any organizations, and if not now, what organization would you like to contribute to in the near future?  

7. What word of inspiration would you offer the audience today in reaching down deep within to find the authentic self, and then share with the world?
