Victoria Family Chiropractic of Victoria, British Columbia

Welcome to Victoria Family Chiropractic, the city's longest running chiropractic clinic, situated in beautiful Victoria, BC. We believe everyone has the ability to achieve wellness. The purpose of this website is to educate that regular preventative chiropractic care is an essential component of a wellness lifestyle. Browse the site and enjoy the wealth of information aimed at helping you create a better version of yourself.

Chiropractic is based on removal of nerve interference from the spine. Gentle spinal adjustments remove this nerve interference allowing your nervous system to function at its optimum.

In North American culture we have been raised in a sickness care philosophy. This system is incredible at treating people with health crises. However, this crisis care philosophy is inadequate in terms of helping you achieve wellness.

Our Mission to create wellness by educating and inspiring people to live well and by adjusting the spine to remove interference to allow full innate expression

Join me in an informative conversation with Dr. Cale Copeland BSN, DC, when we discuss the comprehensive benefits of chiropractic health and well being.

Here are some questions for Cale:

1. Cale, what is your complete educational and professional background?

2. Why did you choose that path and how do you benefit from all your professional experience?

3. Cale, give us brief description of what comprises traditional chiropractic care? A lot of allied health professions actually have a common origin (as being the physician) and then those roles differentiated later on into distinct or separate aspects of health care (pharmacy, nursing, etc....)? Tell us a bit about the history of your age old profession?

4. Most people think of chiropractors when screening for scoliosis or people tend to think the chiropractics fix things or get you out of a health crisis. What would you say to that in general? What proactive services do you provide?

5. What cultures or schools of thought presently encourage that people see a chiropractor regularly as a part of maintenance in health and well-being? What is your business like these days in rapport with doctors who specialize in pain management and chronic incurable disorders (allergies, chronic inflammation or auto immune disorders)?

6. Are there any products you sell and endorse in your office that people should seriously consider using? Are there other types of health professionals in your consortium-practice?

7. Cale, you yourself have suffered from asthma, allergies and heartburn most of my life, and although you sought chiropractic care for back pain, you discovered that chiropractic is about normalizing nervous system function, thereby restoring the body's amazing healing and self-regulating capacity. Initially, I saw a chiropractor that advised me to come in when in pain. Would you have discovered these benefits if you did not have back pain? How do you feel this all works from an anatomical and physiologic standpoint? Share other benefits of chiropractics in this general regard please. Any case studies?

8. How does Socialized Medicine impact your placement and utilization in the overall Health Care System?  Do you feel Canadians and/or Europeans value the input of the chiropractor, more so than in the United States? In whay way(s)?

9. Many cultures view the imagery of the spine as a cultural metaphor or icon of health, and also a metaphysical metaphor suggesting the spine as an interphase with our divine consciousness. What is your view on that?

10. In your site you speak of the value of massage. Why is that mentioned here? What other modalities related to physical manipulation are offered in your center?

11. In your site you speak of the value of massage. Why is that mentioned here? What other modalities related to physical manipulation are offered in your center?

12. You offer a seminar. To whom do you offer this information sharing and why?

13. Cale, why should/do people contact you?

14. Tell us about your newsletter. Are taking on new clients now? Are there any services you offer over the phone?

15. Do you feel the need to separate other holistic measures from traditional chiropractics for liability issues or can you integrate them all without concern?

16. Is there a connection between your profession and your spiritual or sense of higher-purpose? Why?

17. Please share how people can connect with you if even for your newsletter?
