Kambiz Naficy's Joy of Life

Kambiz Naficy (MBA, MIA, MFA) is a meditation master who teaches the art of joyful and stress free living through deep relaxation, energetic breathing, hypnotherapy and meditation. Kambiz Naficy holds multiple masters degrees from Iran Center for Management Studies - International Affiliate of the Harvard Business School (1976) and Columbia Universities (1980) as well as the New School for Social Research, New York (1999). He is also a published Persian poet.

Kambiz Naficy is a yogi who after a highly successful top management career turned to Transcendental Meditation TM at Maharishi International University at Fairfield, Iowa. He has also studied and trained under noted Indian scholars and Yogic masters during several stays in India. After deep study of ancient Indian scriptures and meditation practice he found striking parallels between the state of super consciousness in human beings and atomic theory.

After a twenty-three year absence from his native country of Iran, Kambiz Naficy returned and founded a wellness and stress management center in Iran named The Joy of Life. Kambiz has been teaching meditation, stress management, and a series of empowering corporate management seminars in the U.S, Europe, South Asia and West Asia during the past 15 years. His spiritual articles have been widely published and may be accessed by searching the web for his name.

Join me and Kambiz in a transcendental conversation on joy, being, and meditation.  Here are some questions I will ask:

1. Kambiz, please give a little of your academic and professional background.

2. It appears that your highly successful career in advancing, expanding, and integrating business systems nurtured the desire to serve mankind. Is this true? Was it always apparent that you used intuition to foster success in the corporate world?

4. Which observation sparked your interest in stress management: The fact that the business world was stressful for you; The fact that our business world thrives on and encourages stress to maintain a competitive edge, or both  (above)?

8. You have founded various centers. How do you go about picking a good location with an environment, which is naturally conducive for spiritual enlightment. 12. What correlation(s) have you discovered between consistent, disciplined meditation and the ability to take action (in life, in general)?

13. Traditional prayer implies creating a change by cause and effect, that is to say, you pray from something and then it happens. How does meditation work?
