Innerchange is a free, bimonthly publication distributed throughout North Carolina and southern Virginia.

Innerchange provides a forum to share information with others on spiritual journeys. Our focus includes, but is not limited to, exploring oneness with the universe, bringing spirit into the workplace, investigating complementary healing practices, and voicing environmental concerns. We strive to build a community of seekers, students and teachers of spirituality, metaphysics, and alternative healing practices throughout the Southeast region of the United States as well as around the world.

With the combined talents and efforts of Karen Newton and Maria Tadd, Innerchange was first published in January 1996 to fill a vital need. Now in our twelfth year, Innerchange has an ever-growing readership of over 50,000 readers.
