Contrary to Belief, Obama had to work hard for the Black Vote...

Posted on Nov 1st, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
Inthematrix
Did you know, I was not voting for Barack at first?

I liked Hilliary and intended to vote for her, but during the campaign I saw the competitive sides of the Clintons and Barack, and the contrast made me take a second look.

In Barack I saw steadfast integrity, and I grew to admire his excellent administrative capacity through his strategy and planning.    I thought, "He really wants this job and has really invested!"

I continued following the news, opened (my mind) up a bit, decided I liked him. I perceived him being self-honest, a trait, which deserved my serious consideration.    The fact that he was a black man, however, was a strike against him as far as I was concerned.  In other words, I was not interested him because he is black, a man of color, African American.

"We" call it reverse discrimination, when one is severely biased and critically judgemental against her own race, because of years of conditioning and denial for social, economic, political progress within your own race...a type of inner racism.

Barack had to get passed that, and not just with me, but perhaps with many African Americans -- I don't speak for all African Americans, by the way.   He did not automatically have the black vote -- that I can say. After all, his father was from the continent -- meaning straight from the continent, which some consider a horse of a different color (pardon the color reference).

Now, even that does not matter.   I had to "check" myself, and really look into his soul...my soul too.   He's okay now, and so am I -- a healing, maybe, through a new experience.

More on why-how Blacks discriminate against Blacks...

Posted on Nov 2nd, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan

Here is more explanation about a description of inner racism that happens sometimes amongst those in the same class, using a variation on the traditional context of term usage, "reverse discrimination:"

Here is a loose way to define what may have started out as a perspective many blacks had, until Obama affirmed who he really is....not one of us blacks, but someone who will be fair.

In the beginning of this political process there may have been an attitude, that "we" meaning I and other blacks are not inclined to consider Obama's candidacy with fair consideration, because he is also black.

I and other blacks would assume that Barack could not be competent enough to lead the nation and will not succeed, which is a belief based on how we expect the majority (whites) to view Barack -- a kind of gross psychological defense mechanism that also protects blacks from being "let down."

We blacks use this common  observation to elaborate on a theme that is very obvious to us in how we use inner racism.

Crabs in a barrel pulling each other down, from the surface not letting one succeed, a kind of perpetual, complex self-hatred, resentment, lack of cooperation for another in his own race and class from progressing past the limitations we are all subject to, limitations from which we (all blacks) perceive are otherwise unsurmountable.

On Politics & Global Transformation: Congratulations We Won!

Posted on Nov 2nd, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
I love that this process matters to all of us. It shows we have so much
in common, at least in understanding that our political process impacts
significantly, such that we want  our political process functioning properly
through self-honesty, checks and balances for the greatest benefit, in
whatever ways we each perceive a benefit to present and motivate.

There is no fear for what prevails as our final outcome in
this political process, because the law of cause and effect in its
simplest terms and also the nature of the cycle or spiral are in action
mode, meaning energy is wound up and tension accumulated in favor for
a reversal or completion of a cycle into a 'new' cycle for 'next-level
manifestation.'

Look around you. Do you see new leaders and mentors emerging? Do you see
new attitudes? A renaissance within politics amongst young and old,
across all classes and races?

We've already transcended! We're literally waiting for a vote-count to
determine what has already happened! We've elected Change, not Obama or McCain, but our conscious choice to change, and its unanimous.

Are we not already in agreement, feeling the same way, investing in the
same process, hoping for something, sharing a global vision?

This is the perfect scenario specifically co-created by us to
nurture nothing else but the appropriate outcome, which ushers in our
next level of enlightenment as a global-political- economic communion.

Congratulations! We did it!

OBAMA IS A MARXIST....REALLY?

Posted on Nov 2nd, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
Here is something to consider:

Everything changes as earth experiences become more complex, including the flavor and demeanor of archaic economic and political ideologies and their garden varieties.  If there are some aspects of these persuasions present in anyone's views and strategies at present, does this make a person or a proposed strategy inherently evil or politically incorrect... there is a difference

I thought on earth we were suppose to try different things, pick out what works, and choose the best of those working models to make a hybrid that is even better than their original schools of thought.   Are we giving one another the chance to find better ways to use old ideas?

No one is a purist and during this time purists become obsolete and will not evolve but stay behind trapped in the fear of an idea that is no longer relevant.

Sweet potato pie can be mistaken for pumpkin pie at a distance and even by scent, depending on the ingredients one uses.   Sometimes the presentation of a thing can resemble or be reminiscent of something else, and sometimes be related in significant ways to what you have known before and understood to be disadvantageous, but that does not mean that an original idea applied in a new way cannot be a true benefit.

Times have changed to such a great degree that it is absolutely impossible to be a Marxist or Socialist in the historic, pure sense and be a successful, productive contemporary American-Global politician. It is simply too OLD SCHOOL for the NEW WORLD STAGE. It doesn't happen!!

Instead of using these old-fashioned terms (Marxist and Socialist) to describe and categorize, which is basically an overgeneralization, capturing a tiny bit of what is truly essential to someone else's overall message,  we need to look at what is being communicated on a more fundamental level, and then continue deciding what we like and don't like at that level of discussion and consideration.

Be- loved, because you are,

How to intuitively support our next president....

Posted on Nov 3rd, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan

Take notice that Obama is very intuitive.

If you are an intuitive then you want to get familiar with, come to understand and also nurture the intuitive systems that correspond to his leader ship.

Let's begin suggesting how to tune into the intuitive systems our future leader taps into for guidance in governing our country

But first on a more fundamental level let us agree...

Intuitionists use intuition in the 'practical sense' to get things done, and if others are involved in a process to getting things done, we have to also choose the administrative level at which we participate, and we use intuition to discern that particular focus too, of course, with the intent to accomplish that very personal goal.

To repeat, idealistically, we are using intuition at every step in choosing what we want to do and what level we participate.

Here is a good check point.

Is your intuition programmed to discover what is best for you or best for everyone?

If you have a lot of fear, then your particular brand of intuition is most likely programmed to deliver intuitive results, which by design are more self-serving and to put those intuitive results into action yields an outcome that looks and feels selfish, even to others who are not spiritual.

For instance...   Intuitives use a common approach to help shape the future through both (a) intuitive means and/or through (b) intentional acts of conscious will.

Either creation (a) or (b) may vary in degree between these two extremes:

1. an intuitive reaction based in fear and concern

2. a purely intuitive response to facilitate mass evolution not favoring a particular agenda feeding into a particular fear or concern

In this instance, I promote the use of "spiritual technology," specifically to help spiritual intuitives make a discerning choice on what to manifest, not by choice or intention, but by watching his or her own inherent fear reactions, which actually determine the nature of what gets created when all is said and done.

1. Fear based conservatives will be challenged if Obama is elected. This is an obvious conclusion, so a big shift is necessary to trust in the Universe and in the overall energy guiding our earth experience on the macro scale.

2. Fear based liberals will have to shift modes all together to deactivate the defensive mode for feeling marginalized by the control conservatives have had including the belief that conservatives used under-handed tactics to keep their power (whether true or not).

In both instances each group will have to decompress to be in harmony with the new unfolding reality, not an easy task, otherwise each is not responsibly contributing their purest non-local highest-good impact to the field of unfolding reality that our leader intuitively taps into for guidance in governing our country.

Discern a political candidate's intuitive nature by observing the following:

1. nature of the campaign strategy,
2. nature of campaign outreach
3. campaign ideology
4. candidate's political point of view and how inclusive that view is,
5. candidates individual integrity or consistency in performance and clarity of message
6. harmony of the campaign team or machine

Here are some helpful questions an intuitionist may also ask to better understand the intuitive system a leader creates and taps into:

1.  Are there any changes in the campaign's approach in comparison to what we have seen historically?

2.  Are politicians taking advantage of the well-oiled machine vested by political campaigns past or are politicians moving away from a sense of entitlement?

3. Does a candidate's campaign emphasize incumbancy or does this campaign feel like a fresh chapter, clean slate in spite of the risk of feeling unfamiliar?

These elements in a campaign may define the very nature of a candidate's intuitive system of belief, which gets "constructed" during the political process, which inevitably becomes a source of intuitive guidance once the candidate takes office; and you can tap into that system.

There is more, so please come back to this blog and check this perspective out and feel free to contribute also...

1. On what level in politics do you want your non-local influence to have its greatest impact?

2. Are you interested in seeing certain economic, political or social reform; and if so, do they address very specific issues or are they more encompassing?

3. Do you have a good grasp on American politics and the political process?

4. How do you test the truthfulness in information you receive through the media?

5. Do you feel comfortable using intuition to get specific, objective information or do you prefer to use intuition purely for general impressions?

6. Do have an innate understanding on how global issues specifically correlate to spiritual terms or do you prefer to keeping specific global issues separate from the greater spiritual implications?

Hoping for the best is not our only intuitive/metaphysi cal option in seeing the best Obama has to offer come forward as he takes office.

It's what we've been touching on here and again, now and then: spiritual technology of non-local thought, which is sent by us to nurture, balance, and ground the field that Obama's presidential soul-mind connects with for inner divine guidance.

Presidents, prime ministers and those in public office have access to an intuitive field administrating earthly political matters as they correlate with our spiritual growth and planetary evolution. Fortunately, It seems in this era our leaders become progressively more evolved and this trend is noticeable in the grand scheme of things.

Even a rogue president blesses our planet by leaving behind the disheartening aftermath as ideal circumstance for the emergence ! of a new mentor operating on a higher vibration with governance reflecting the same. The contrast is good for us.

Every leader brings his own intuitive field, which is a vortex that gets used to fuel results that are reflective of the collective mindset, not necessarily the leader's personal private agenda. Community oriented leaders have a built advantage meant to serve us all and this advantage lies in the quality or caliber of the intuitive field, which nurtures and informs his political wisdom. As a matter of fact, this quality field informs his political wisdom via the silver cord connecting directly to his aura.  If a leader is co-creative, then his intuitive energy field is dynamically so.

Consequently, these leaders come with an extraordinary amount of psychic energy,  but even so, we still want to protect his field and aura to help prevent a psychic short out, so to speak. We accomplish this through positive, loving thoughts, expressing our desire to help him fulfill his contract to us via his planetary role.

He will acclimate, coming in to his own and ultimately into OUR OWN, which happens only if we cooperate and participate, investing good will trust without fear...a far superior vibration than the concept we call..."giving someone the benefit of the doubt."

So, you see? There is so much more we can do in addition to hoping for the best.

Obama, Volunteerism, Reestablishing US Dollar Value...

Posted on Nov 9th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
I've volunteered here and there during my short life in politics,
hospitals, faith based community programs, my local area Society for
Humane Treatment of Animals, and allied health care agencies like NAMI
(National Alliance of Mental Illness) with community outreach being in
my blood, because I was mentored by a handful of relatives who didn't
know any other way to live but be a vibrant part of the culture at large
and the change that we seek.

I believe Barack was serious, when during some of his candidacy speeches
when he propositioned, and I am rephrasing loosely but still understand
that he meant,

"Would anyone consider doing community work as a way to have your
college tuition subsidized?"

I already see that his suggestion is a great strategy for fair and equal
exchange of a one kind of precious resource for another kind:

time and energy from human resource with hearts open and willing to
bring positive change in our community

IN EXCHANGE FOR

college semester credit hours.

Can any of us imagine how things would be, if we did not apply for
federal grants to get dollars to subsidized our local community
faith-based organizations but instead apply for willing man power?

Talking about a way of reestablishing intrinsic value through core
values reassessed, intentionally putting a couple degrees of separation
between who we are and the value of the American Dollar.

This may very well be the way the US dollar gains in global value before
all is said and done, meaning the value of the dollar is not based on
all the gold in Fort Knox, but on the size of our hearts to volunteer
and create a great social, political, and economic culture via human
resource through volunteerism, a true American core value that needs
Renaissance.

Sorry if this sounds like a public service announcement.

Anyway, be-loved,

Bryan

As you know I make annual predictions and....

Posted on Nov 10th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan

December 2007 Predictions for 2008: Domestic Politics (Link for all Predictions)
5. Federal government will play a more active role in the maintenance of streets, roads, bridges, and harbors. The reason for this interest will come to light later on.
(the end)

Here is some news on this development:

Investment in roads, bridges likely under Obama

AGC SmartBrief | 11/05/2008 Roads and bridges are likely to be a priority for President-elect Barack Obama, who has said he wants to "create 2 million jobs by rebuilding our crumbling roads, schools and bridges." He has proposed an infrastructure bank that would invest $60 billion in roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects over 10 years. Bloomberg (11/05)

When I perceived this one, I already knew the role of federal government with bridges giving money to states to manage their own infrastructure. A memorable example is the infamous 'bridge to no where," when Palin as governor of Alaska said she denied this pork barrel spending initiative.

On the other hand in this prediction for year 2008, I saw the government paying extra special attention to roads, bridges, and such beyond the ordinary interest and concern as an endeavor, which when I perceived it, seemed related to a chain of cumulative events not easy to discern with wholistic certainty, because of the enormity of  these future accumulative events.'

Of course, our present national/global economic-employment crisis is the extraordinary circumstance leading to this unusual infrastructure project; and so the second line in this prediction vaguely implies a unique situation leading up to this, by explaining:

"The reason for this interest will come to light later on."

I share these with you, because I use predictions as an annual exercise, which I can refer to the whole year long and in retrospect helps me understand how intuition "feels" and what the actual event "looks like" as a three-D earth experience, including the interesting nuances that are easy to perceive but not easy to describe until the event actually happens.

Also, I find it interesting that Obama's first executive act is to refurbish the economy through employing millions to repair bridges and roads, so this event feels like what I "saw" last December . Also, I am learning that although predictions are effective for seeing the future, predictions are better used to understand experiences beforehand in order to gain a perspective to resolve them.

In addition, I mentioned a month ago or so, that I was concerned for Sarah Palin, because of what the party would do to her, do for her, or say about her after the fat lady sings.

I am very interested in everyone's intuitive impulses and what your experiences are like. Also note Obama's first press conference today, I believe, especially now that he has been "briefed."  Yesterday, I suggested that he quickly learn how to avoid dishonesty by omission of details and instead, simply say, "I cannot give specific information regarding this topic, for the sake of national security," for example.

Bryan

Prediction: Bush is politically active after leaving Oval Office

Posted on Nov 10th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan

You are aware that Obama will meet with Bush in several days to talk about the economy.   Regarding this prediction here:

Domestic Politics (click for list of predictions posted 12/2007):

9. Bush reenters politics on a different administrative level. Something interesting unfolds!

(the end)

Obama wants another stimulus, as you know, approved before he takes office, and although Bush may be reticent, Bush will say okay, with a condition that he can participate even after Obama takes office, since Bush himself would have initiated it.  Obama will be caught off-guard and will happily say yes.   This agreement will bring this particular prediction full circle.

More on this:

Now, Obama selects for his cabinet and other auxillary executive offices and positions from his short list. But remember this special prediction and the surprise offer to Bush a chance to continue helping with our economy's resolve....in this way as presented in a post I offered a little less than one month ago... It makes sense that McCain lost, because McCain would have had to distance himself from Bush for the sake of appearance.. .and consequently this prediction could not come true...

I remember perceiving this prediction for Year 2008 on some evening in December 2007; and now it makes more sense.   The more Bush stays involved with this global economic crisis with summit meetings and such, I can now envision how he 'reenters' politics after his presidency is actually over.

When I made this prediction, it felt like he would still be involved in something pretty important, but I'd never seen this kind of executive opportunity or administrative initiative offered to a former president. I think Bush is getting some commissions started now through which he can stay active to impact the country's economics in positive ways. He feels responsible and has some remorse.

So, intuitively I perceive, believe it or not, that Bush may actually hang around in some non-traditional, but official capacity. The current-new president will allow his participation as an act of good faith and good will, after Bush emotionally appeals through his desire to 'right some wrongs,' so that American History smiles more empathetically on his otherwise problematic legacy.   We will see what unfolds...

Be-loved,

Bryan

2007 Prediction occurring in early 2008...

Posted on Nov 10th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
2007 Domestic Politics:(A link for complete list posted 2007)

2. There will be a big US presidential administration information leak of historical proportion regarding Middle East Political Issues. The challenge will be in determining who knew the truth, who was truly misinformed, (satellite communications and surveillance) , and who is policing privatized military agencies.

I originally thought that this had to do with:

By MIKE ALLEN | 5/27/08 6:18 PM EST Text Size:
Scott McClellan
McClellan says the administration relied on "propaganda" to sell the war. Photo: AP

Former White House Press Secretary Scott McClellan writes in a surprisingly scathing memoir to be published next week that President Bush "veered terribly off course," was not "open and forthright on Iraq," and took a "permanent campaign approach" to governing at the expense of candor and competence.
Well... I still do believe this, but there is more coming from the above prediction, but  in connection with our sudden national economic breakdown. Back to the comedy of errors list:

Economics: 2007 Domestic Politics:(A link for complete list posted 2007)

2. The economy feels like it is improving, but actually it does not. Complicated issues affecting the economy this year make it more difficult for consumers to effectively address the cause of personal financial woes being due to poor spending habits, poor financial planning, the war, interest rates or sluggish economy.

Here is what should happen regarding our economic crisis, in my intuitive, higher purpose opinion:

Congress would okay portions of the entire sum to be disbursed in quarterly amounts, running this executive order not as law, but as a company that needs its own fiscal budget, allotted only so much of this 7 trillion dollars to spend per financial quarter, so that what is not spent sits in a special account, with its value being (sort of) incubated from the economic volatility and instability,  another disbursement to be allocated if the first phase of action yields reasonable outcome.

Only highly successful moguls like Trump and advisors to Gate's fortune should over see and report to us, the constituency, prior to the end of each quarter, paying close attention to economic temperament, globally and nationally here at home. The unexpected losses from this for profit business venture should be "chalked-off" and taken out of this principle line of credit; but the dividends should be put in a special public treasury account for specialized programs to help the middle class during hard times.

I'll share more...     If anyone receives insight please contribute, because this is "our" way of merging what is happening now into what should or shall be, perhaps in discusion just as Johanna Carroll brought to our group to contemplate before the October Surprise Question was posed to us all.

2007 Prediction occuring already in early 2008 for US Weather...

Posted on Nov 10th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
Actually, tornadoes represent human experiences having nothing to do with weather, and when we don't face experiences collectively and integrate them collectively, our weather recreates the experience to be viewed and integrated alternatively.  Could the tornadoes be foreboding of our upcoming global economic chaos? Quite possibly!

Any how, regarding tornadoes and our weather, I had predicted a greater prevalence that would be very note worthy, floods also, but my main emphasis was tornadoes, and accordingly this year we broke a record, also putting attention on that they occured unusually early (before spring begins)...

Weather/Natural Occurrences (Click for a full list of predictions):

1. Tornados will be prevalent again this year, starting earlier than spring begins.

2. There will be periods of rain, to make up for the lack of precipitation for winter, but the precipitation will be excessive over time intervals too brief for the soil and bodies of water and sewage to assimilate it.

2008 May Set New Tornado Record

Tad Davis, KCCI.com

POSTED: 10:46 am CDT June 5, 2008 UPDATED: 5:30 pm CDT June 5, 2008

DES MOINES, Iowa -- If current weather trends hold, 2008 could be a record-setting year for tornadoes.

Preliminary statistics from the National Weather Service show that 1,330 tornadoes have touched down so far this year, and the year isn't even half over. That number will be lower once all duplicate sightings are removed.

The current record set in 2004 is 1,817 tornadoes. Researchers said that in the past 10 years the average number of tornadoes has been 1,270 per year.

2008 is also the deadliest tornado year since 1998. Thirty of the 2008 tornadoes have killed 110 people, including eight people in Parkersburg. In 2007, there were only 26 killer tornadoes in the entire year.

Weather Service officials said that of the 110 deaths, 101 happened when a tornado watch was in effect.

Why Should We Predict Anyway?

Posted on Nov 10th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
Here is an explanation from a recent (blogged) conversational I had with a valued member in our Gaia community, and I liked the response so much that I thought I'd include it in this blog to bring context to the practice of predicting and, so, I included some additional premonitions I had reported on even the year before last, but continued developing through 2007 into 2008 and apparently may possibly continue unfolding in 2009. We shall see!

By the way, I have  links (in blue print)  for each prediction, which navigate to my friend's, Bonnie Coleen, website. Bonnie is the  radio host of Seeing Beyond out of San Francisco and has been sharing good information through her many guests by promoting their work in one of the most metaphysically minded, ever-expanding communities in the western hemisphere.

Yearly, she invites her favorite guests and metaphysicians to document and share intuitive impressions on her site about events for the following year. I have predictions there for years 2007 and 2008.

Why Should We Predict Anyway?

I belong to another spiritual on-line group, and we are so conversant in sharing our intuitive impressions that it never occured to me, but moments ago that I should share here in Gaia.

I guess I was concerned that the act of predicting would be taken out of context, and until now, I decided with a little explanation behind why we all feel the future and why I "do it" publically, that it is important to acknowledge future impressions and be in position to resolve or evolve, and perhaps through explanation faciliate the same for others.  In this way we all learn from our experiences and keep making good progress individually and as a karmic group!

FIRST PREDICTION:
Onto a prediction I made in 2006 for 2007 regarding Stem Cell Research, for which I am not surprised that a reconsideration is being made, especially because Bush is against it and because there has been presure from the public on behalf of scientific research. Of course, the issue is where we do get stem cells: for instance, from frozen embryo's donated by couples with fertility or healthy gestation issues who don't want them anymore?  There is the umbilical cordas a viable source, but that use is limited.

Anyway, here is the prediction written for 2007, but remember many important issues are not neatly contained in a time frame as the energy involving the earth experience ebbs, flows and completes manifestation in cadence with conscious choice and free will of the larger group soul:

Domestic Politics (Link to Predictions made in 2006 for 2007)

5). Stem cell research will be considered again in favor of its utilization.

(the end)

In any event, is there a larger issue here with spiritual context? Moral context? When does a soul-mind enter the uterus: directly after fertilization or sometime later on during normal gestation?  Does it matter when?  Do some soul-minds play a role for scientific research as embryos, which are frozen and saved for future research or implantation?

SECOND PREDICTION:

During this year I made a prediction on the status of Gay Marriage and its Legality, which is a back and forth issue we humans struggle with:

Domestic Politics (Link to Predictions made in 2006 for 2007)
2). Three more states will approach serious consideration for legal union of gay couples from taxation, benefits, retirement, and social security standpoints.
(the end)

Obama seems liberal on this issue, however, but this is an issue controlled at the state level.

THIRD PREDICTION:
Here is another national issue that I had predicted before George W Bush first mentioned his desire to relax immigration laws, another point of contention among both parties and the nation's constituents across the board.

Domestic Politics (Link to Predictions made in 2006 for 2007)
3). Unexpected concessions will be made so that Mexicans can become US citizens.

(the end)

Bush's intention was made public several months after I had predicted this in December 2006, by the way, after his tour to visit several countries beyond our southern most border, some visits from Bush were welcomed by both government and citizens abroad, and some visits George made were not. Alice Walker asks, "Does Obama know?"

Posted on Nov 16th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
Alice Walker asked the question, whether Obama knows how important his mentorship means to the planet?

Because he is one of us, I had also pondered, "I wonder if Obama knows..."   Here is what I intuited through that question:

"Barack has a pretty extensive prehistory and was a monarch several times before, when monarchy did not mean one rules, but all rule as one, when we were very advanced... "Barack's story is a long, illustrious one; and he is what you'd call a star person.

He skipped the Pharaohs, a kind of leadership experience, which pales in comparison to a true visionary mentor, but then again, he was made of or had originated from a line of rulers that knew nothing but how to serve..."

This is what I read in the literature approaching a similar question:

It is my understanding that Obama was reluctant to give up a good life, which he and his wife had cultivated and grown to love with ties to a wonderful close-knit community of educated , resourceful neighbors, friends, and colleagues, where, of course, any good idea spoken aloud over tea could actually happen, if  "the one" is sitting there sipping and exchanging thoughts with you.   In that environment or neck of the woods, I am sure there are a lot of "the one's we've been waiting for..."

Since he was rather reluctant to give up this good life, and it was a struggle; I surmise he does understands how much this means to all of us, that he decided to leave a cozy reality to another highly complex harmonic reality, which feels more like pure resonance, the kind full of challenge and opportunity as service to benefit the planet and to evolve one's own soul-mind in the process through fulfilling higher purpose.

So,  Alice, does he know? That's a good question!

An Ode to Synchronicity...

Posted on Nov 18th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
It is splendid, SYNCHRONICITY IS!

Ironically, I sent a message to the group several days prior to your introduction and arrival at Inpresence, and the message included some ideas on a theme I was pondering to cover next.

Here is a little of what I had interjected, putting out 'feelers' to see what was immediately accessible to me within our group as a resource in order to cover the following topic:

"...if we do a theme on the Feminine Divine-Shamanism, I will focus on Joyce Kovelman (from our group and maybe fifteen others including the tradition of sisterhood-spiritua l sacred practices, perhaps including someone like Lynn Andrews, as a 'off-the-top- of-my-head' example."

and Joyce Kovelman (an Inpresence member) replied:

".Bryan,..I would love to see you do something with divine Feminine as this is the time this organizing principle/archetype is awakening and emerging.  Further, I am beginning the International Grandmothers' World Council in the next several months (visiting UN in NYC soon) and co-creator in New Zealand as a way of beginning.  The Grandmother' s Council (IGWC) is based on the HOPI prophecy:  When the Grandmothers Speak, the Earth Will Heal  Time to gather the women and start the healing."

Blessings

Joyce

And then you were introduced to us with a brief overview from  your various areas of deep understanding, as Jeff provided:

"She has studied the spiritual
traditions of prehistory and indigenous cultures
and has worked with shamans from the Amazon and the
Andes in Peru. Dr. Kovács has also served many years
on the Board of Directors of the Jung Society of
Claremont in California. She has been interviewed on
radio, local cable TV, in newspapers and magazines.

"Dr. Kovács is author of The Miracle of Death and
"Journey of the Mothers" in Earthwalking Sky Dancers.
Recent seminar series include Deeper Orders of Reality:
Creating Our Future and The Feminine Dimension of the
Divine."

I thought, "Ahaa!"   It's as if I was anticipating or requesting Betty's arrival a few days in advance.   I am also interested in these ideas:   Comparative Literature and

Theory of Symbolic Language. She has
studied and taught in Europe and the United States.
She is Professor Emerita, Pasadena City College,
Pasadena, California, where she taught literature,
writing, mythology and symbolic language for over
twenty-five years.

I am going to interview Stanley Krippner soon and he is actually working with his publicist, a new friend of mine named Jeanne House (published: Peak Vitality), in order to launch an interactive workshop for the beginning of next year based on the book I asked him to send me in order to interview, and the book is titled:     The mythic path: Discovering the guiding stories of your past (3rd ed.)
Santa Rosa, CA: Energy Psychology Press, 2006
Authors: David Feinstein and Stanley Krippner

Although I am covering Stanley for the premiere, I know I am bringing him back to cover this theme:   The Universal language that gets used in Epic, Mythic Narrative through through both symbols and written text that infer archetypal themes through which we rediscover our cosmic identity and heritage, as 'individuals' seen through the collective conscious perspective, and how we preserve that pure understanding especially considering how in historic times we wrote in symbols, images, and symbolic characters, not necessarily in letters and words.

I believe that we lost some core understanding and nuance in our individual and collective mythology, once we started using words instead of the open-ended impressionistic, symbolic writing,  we used in the past as technique to document, do record keeping , and do story telling.

So, it seems, only through the art of story telling can we tap into what gets lost in translation over time, as that change in time surely reflects in how and why we communicate today.

It's a cultural dilemma, and we must get back to what we have forgotten. Our global crisis attests to that.   Magic is in authentic story telling and in the intuitive interpretation that happens,  the true Holy Grail.

Through this idea I considered dialogue and group dialogue as an alternative approach to tap into the same cosmic understanding, therefore, so I called Byron Katie and her office sent me her recent book to interview over:

Who Would You Be Without Your Story?: Dialogues with Byron Katie (Paperback)

Looking forward, Betty, to watching synchronicity bring it all together through a wish!

My dad's heart scare and my role as medical intuitive....

Posted on Nov 18th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan

We all do some medical intuitive work at some time or another,  which is a form of intuition attuned to physical health and vitality.

My dad's family had good health, but tend to develop heart circulatory issues, like narrowing blood vessels supplying oxygen to the heart tissue, which supply the tissues directly responsible for cardiac rhythm and full contractions.

And so my dad's symptoms suddenly appeared, a rapid heart beat, shortness of breath, increased blood pressure, but no pain. He felt so atypical, that he sought  a cardiologist.

Through tests we knew his heart was not getting enough oxygen, which explained why his cardiac function had deteriorated over time. I should note that the circulatory system's compensatory mechanisms had kicked in to keep blood pressure up, but this did put additional strain on a heart already in need of oxygen. Fortunately, my dad was health conscious and not one to self-deny.

Based on test results, his heart suffered no irreversible damaged, but because his physician was reticent to admit it, I filled my dad in on that conclusion.

The doctor advised my dad very conservatively, informing that his heart was "bad" and that its function would worsen over time. Also, he said that dad would require surgery to open his heart vessels with stints and that  medication would  manage his condition from here on out.

I was okay with that, but still felt his age was an important factor (almost 80). We all die and a decline in systems' function is a normal part of the aging process before we die. Quality of life is more important as we age and die.

After stint surgery, he was put on a regimen of pills.

During our follow-up visit after surgery, the doctor performed more tests, but was not pleased, and wanted to achieve better cardiac performance, and so a 'beta-receptor' class drug was added to correct this -- a drug that would keep stress off the heart by slowing down its rhythm, while theoretically increasing ejection fraction rate by allowing more blood in the heart between contractions.  In this way the heart gets to work less under less stress and by pumping more blood per contraction.

I read medical  literature and noted that the dosage should  be increased incrementally until the target ejection fraction rate were achieved. Unfortunately, this standard approach was ineffective, although we had already hit the maximum daily dose.

After no improvement, and at the maximum dose, I thought this drug should now be decreased, because the heart slowing side effects would eventually become more prominent, which is cardiac suppression, which could at worst lead to cardiac failure. My intuitive question was: "When is this all coming to head?" and "Will my dad have access to emergency medicine when this happens?"

I mentioned this to my mom, a retired registered nurse (first a cardiac nurse, then quality assurance, and finally retiring after developing the hospital's and medical college's first risk management program as risk manager).

I also told my dad of my concern with this drug.

Although there were no symptoms, I knew as a medical intuitive, what was coming around the corner.  This was a waiting game I did not want to play.

You see, as a pharmacist, I hated the idea of loosing credibility with my family and his doctor by blowing the whistle or crying, "Wolf," too soon with no symptoms, only to be characterized as  "an overly concerned relative with some knowledge about drugs;" and, yes, pharmacists and physicians are historically on good terms, because doctors do call upon pharmacist for drug therapy consults.

This is not translatable when I am interacting on the other side of the pharmacy counter.

Two months later my dad calls me, explaining he can't sleep at night, because laying flat he's drowning...suffocating, and also when climbing a short flight of stairs, he is  breathless.

I sensed he thought he was about to die, and wanting to relieve his concern so, I told him, "Remember that drug I told you about?" He did not remember the drug.

I told my mother, because he did not want to concern her.  In reminding her I said, "It is the beta-blocker drug...it's too high and he is in cardiac failure..."

I'm still not sure my mother gave my detailed concern much credence, after all, why or how should I know...I ran no tests and I can't see through people..."

I told my dad to go the doctor's office immediately, that he would be taken off the drug and put on another to strengthen the heart performance, not telling him he'd be admitted to the hospital to begin with, because that would stress him more.

He went from his doctor's office directly to the hospital.

My father was admitted and cared for by another doctor on call, which assessed him, re-dosed his meds, and put him on medical watch. I came into the picture on day two of father's in-patient stay.

My dad was put on another drug, just as I said, the culprit drug (the long-acting beta-blocker) was cut in half.  In a several hours, he could lay flat on his back again, "...ready to return home," as he put it - but, "not before we talk with the doctor..." I forewarned dad.

I wasn't happy, he knew it and was uncertain about a confrontation over his hospital bed.

Well, his regular doctor visited the next day, telling my dad that his heart had worsened unfurling a report that had my dad thinking more pills and a possible surgical procedure were in order.

Here was my moment...

"Doctor," I said, "my father's heart isn't failing. It was the beta-blocker drug left at maximum dosage, never improving ejection fraction rate, which finally caused cardiac failure. "

He said, "I don't agree. Now, here is what we will do."

I said, "Doctor, it would be easy to assume that my father has left ventricular heart failure and that his heart condition worsened; but this is purely a drug-related incident." I began reciting from memory, what I had been deducing over the past several months, waiting for all this to unfold:

1. This drug suppresses heart function by default especially at the maximum dose, while yielding no therapeutic benefit (ejection fraction rate had not improved)

2. There is no pulmonary edema (fluid in the lungs due to back up of heart circulation -- a symptom associated with chronic congestive failure)

3. There is no pulmonary hypertension (see number two)

4. This drug you have him on has no intrinsic activity (meaning it does not empower the heart, while slowing it down...some beta-blockers do both)

5. My dad has no peripheral edema (swelling at extremities)

6. His peripheral pulse is strong (pulse at wrists and ankles)

7.  He has no left ventricular hypertrophy (muscle inner growth due to stress, decreasing the hearts available volume to draw in and hold blood before pumping it out), but that his muscles were stretched or dilated, meaning the muscle change that happened is still in the reversible stage. I saw the imaging results from the doctor's office myself, by asking to view them.

After I finished my list of points, the doctor was obviously livid and said condescendingly, "Why am I arguing with you?" still firing specific clinical details trying to intimidate me into backing down, while declaring that he intended to raise the very same culprit drug (long-acting beta blocker) back up to its maximum dose.

This to me was a mortal threat on my father's health and well-being; and I wasn't standing for it!

I said, "You are right, in that we don't have to argue. No need for that, but, instead, why don't you go look to the computer just outside our room to see what your colleague assessed and then left on record for you upon admitting my dad?"

Personally, I did not see what the on call doctor wrote down. I already knew.

The doctor spun out and sat at the computer situated right outside my dad's room. We watched him as he looked into the screen to view my dad's record -- we could see him there since the wall at that point is tinted glass. There he sat typing, reading, and conversing with the medical interns, which flanked him.

While we observed the doctor, I repeated aloud, but under my breath to my dad and aunt, his sister who were both sitting there in awe of my abstinence, "Oh, yeah...,you' re right, doctor. We don't have to argue, and you won't be increasing that drug dosage ever again....because you're fired!"

Some time had passed, before my dad's cardiologist got up from the computer and reentered our room. I don't know what he specifically read at the computer, because he never mentioned it, however, he came in a different person with a brand new attitude.

"Dear Bryan," he said, "how about this?"

"Yes?" I said leaning inward just as super-intrigued as my father and aunt were.

"We will leave the drug dosage right where the doctor on-called reduced it...at one-half the maximum dose; and I will not increase the dose until I okay it with you first. Is that okay? We will monitor him over night."

"Why certainly, doctor!" I said. I was finally free to play the role of a caretaker, promising to ensure nothing but compliance per the physician's orders, "but," I asserted,  "my dad wants to return home today."

"Okay! So, be it!" the physician sung melodically throwing up his hands as if to playfully give in.

My mother had not arrived, and somehow I feel that it was best, because as registered nurse, she may have deferred in favor of the cardiologist in order to squelch our heated debate. She was also a hospital risk manager (before retiring) and so, again her relationship with physicians are different.

In any event, I was relieved that this event had finally passed, understanding the importance of listening to your heart...the spirit heart..., and that our health care system really does needs reform, even for those with great insurance like my dad!

Bryan Interviews Psychologist Linda Backman -- New Book

Posted on Nov 25th, 2008 by Bryan : Metatelepath, Medical Intuitive, Me Bryan
Lindabackman

Linda R. Backman, Ed.D.

Dr. Linda Backman, Licensed Psychologist, has been in private practice for thirty years. Linda's degrees come from the University of Oregon, University of North Carolina, and Northern Arizona University. In addition, Linda has received training in numerous traditional and non-traditional techniques including hypnotherapy, Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression Therapy, past life regression therapy, and shamanic soul retrieval. Linda has presented on numerous topics nationally and internationally, and has hosted a radio talk show, Healing Perspectives. Guests on this program focused on both traditional and non-traditional healing of the mind, body, and spirit.

Linda's love and passion is to work in concert with the psychospiritual realm assisting individuals and couples on their path. Helping people to move forward in their lives, understanding the connection between our grounded reality and what is not seen, but is spirit-guided, is her greatest goal. Learning the lessons of current life and moving forward can assist each of us as individuals and as a collective. Linda has written Commentary and the Forward to a book by Ellen M. Dubois, I Never Held You (DLSIJ Press), which focuses on miscarriage, healing, and recovery.

Regarding this interview, Linda and I talk about her book to be released and published by Lewelyn around the beginning of next year. This wonderful book is entitled Bringing Your Soul to Light with foreword from Norman Shealy MD, PhD and a generous commendation from Walter Semkiw, MD.

In this book she shares many years of experience through her mainstay therapies, past life regression and in between life regression. This book is full of wisdom with inspiring real life story telling about the transpersonal experience of reuniting with higher consciousness, while yet in the earth plane for healing through remembering. Bringing Your Soul to Light speaks to the seemless visceral knowing of both seekers and skeptics alike without confrontation or challenge, gently, comprehensively covering important themes including continuity of consciousness, life-purpose, past life, and reincarnation.

Here are some questions I may ask Linda:

1. Linda may we begin getting some basic information about your educational and professional background, including your certifications leading up to what you do now? You also share your experience in loosing a child or infant. Can you tell us a little about how your modality expresses what you learned?

2. In your book, Bringing Your Soul to Light I immediately noticed :

(A). I see Walter Simkew, MD, a pioneer in his own rite regarding aspects of consciousness and the science and culture of past life studies, provided a generous promotional commendation including Norman Shealy. How did you two cross paths?

(B).  I also see you are with an excellent publishing house. Can you tell us how your book landed in such good hands? When is the book due for release?

(C). Let's start talking a little bit about this wonderful book. To begin with, you write,
"I dedicate this book to all those who understand that each and every soul contributes to the beauty and the becoming of the universe".

You are reaching out to a special group of people with experiences. Can you tell us more about these readers who understand?

3. I understand the book covers two modalities: one being past life regression and between-life regression. What is the difference between the two from a technical standpoint, and is there a difference between the kind of information you derive? Are there specific reasons why one modality would be more effective over the other? Why?

4. For the sake of our audience and me too, of course, how close is the profession of psychology, if you will, accepting of the work you do?

5. From your book I get the distinct impression that your modalities deal with principles of energy and spirit, including these various realms wherein there is a continuum with our own. How does your modality illustrate the correspondance of energy-spirit and our physical world in terms of experience?

6. And what about time, meaning past, present, and future? This feels rather holographic to me - how do life regression tie all that together, putting everything on the table to deal with, so to speak?  Time is the faculty we use to get things done...how interesting it is that you get to facilitate mystical discovery. Give us a sample of what gets unfolded in your book...because there are rich narratives artfully appealing to both soul and intellect.

7. I find that authors are writing about their own life lessons and experiences and then using their books to share with and inform others to share enlightenment  on a very personal and intimate level. What was going on in your life, while writing your book?

8. We all experience a breakthrough occasionally in our daily waken state, perhaps through self-actualization and this is self-helpful in connecting the dots, one experience to the next; if we can integrate with balance.   What kinds of experiences do most clients say they want to connect with and understand when seeking your modality?

9. What should one expect? I see you do some emotional freedom technique. Does this come included in all you do?

10.. Based on your in-depth experience what is most important to observe, the experiences that need addressing and integrating or the experience of integration itself?

11. You also were apart of an interesting project called Spirit Space, which included you with Dr. Fred Alan Wolf, don Miguel Ruiz, Dr. Edgar Mitchel and others. What was that all about?

12. You are a very busy person, and I admire your focus. What is a day in the life of Linda Backman, with your practice, your writing and other endeavors?

13. Also, you have a very supportive husband who is also highly informed in these areas. Tell us a little about Earl and the role he plays in your life and practice?

14. Are you accepting new clients at this time?

15. Where can people go on the internet to get information and group support for the experiences you address?

16. Do you feel you are fulfilling your higher purpose? How do you know?

17. Linda, would you please share with the audience a word of advice inspiring us to find our path, become the path, and benefit the world?
